Female Parasitic Wasp on Yarrow - Macro Nature
Parasitic wasp (Gasteruption jaculator). You can tell this is a female by what looks like a very long tail, but is actually an ovipositor. This is the channel through which she lays her eggs in the nests of solitary bees and wasps. Her young will feed on theirs.
